HubSpot as a whole is a reputable innovator in the digital marketing automation field and has since expanded to incorporate customer relationship management.
If you choose to go with one of the cheaper HubSpot plans the features may lack significant depth meaning you may not be able to gain access to all the data and metrics that you need. Additionally, you may not be able to customize HubSpot to the extent you would with other CRM platforms due to the lack of interface flexibility.
